RUBBER bullets are rubbercoated
bullets that are shot out og regular or special guns. They're generally
used by police forces to control rioting mobs. he bullets are meant to
cause pain but not to seriously injure. However, people shot by rubber
bullets sometimes get grievously hurt and sometimes even die. Much
depends on how close the shooter is to the victim and in what part of
the body the victim is hit.
Plastic bullets were developed by British
security forces as an alternative to rubber bullets and were used
extensively in Northern Ireland in the 1970 s. Plastic bullets are safer
than rubber bullets mainly because they do not bounce off walls or the
ground and hit innocent bystanders like rubber bullets do. But plastic
bullets too are known to maim and kill people
